Tips to improve the performance of your air compressor

Using genuine Sullair parts and lubricants and performing regular checks on your compressors can be critical to efficient, reliable and safe operations. Here are some other tips on preventative maintenance for Sullair Air Compressors:

Varnish and heat are primary enemies of rotary screw compressors. Use Sullube to help remove varnish.

Small air leaks in air compressors can be very costly – check for leaks around the compressor; warmer weather in particular can expand components.

Build-up of dust, pollen and other pollutants can clog the air filters. Check the dust collector/evacuator every day, before turning the compressor on or straight after switching off.
