Skids, frames and pipework

Prior Power Solutions fabricates frames, enclosures, and containers to DNV 2.7-1, DNV 2.7-3 and NORSOK specifications at our extensive facilities in Great Yarmouth.

Manufacturing bespoke offshore container lifting frames and containers to meet your specifications, we also undertake pipework, canopy and other structural fabrication (tanks, reservoirs, stairways, guards, railings, platforms).

All our frames are made from high quality CE-marked material with 3.1 material certifications providing full traceability on all steel and bill of materials. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

Acoustic Frame

These sound-proof DNV 2.7-1 frames were fabricated to house two Zone 2 ATEX generators for use offshore.

They were designed with jack points to allow wheels to be installed to manoeuvre into position due to overhead restrictions and featured bifold doors for access and maintenance in a small operating area.

Open frame

DNV 2.7-1 open frame manufactured for in-house assembly of nitrogen pumps.

Fabricating all primary and secondary carbon steel frames, this skid frame was also manufactured with ISO blocks, four point lift and forklift pockets, and a removable operator canopy for enhanced operator comfort.

Frame repair

We undertake all DNV 2.7-1 frame and enclosure repairs, maintenance and refurbishments, preserving valuable assets.

Reusing the existing DNV frame and other components wherever possible of these pump enclosures, the significantly corroded carbon steel panels were substituted with fibreglass to preserve the asset for the entire lifespan of the frame.

Pipework

This cryogenic manifold is one example of our pipework utilising 316 stainless steel pipework.

Our pipework services also include exhaust 304 stainless steel pipework, coolant 304 stainless steel pipework and hydraulic pipework.

Labour supply

Our team of pipefitter, platers and coded-welders can be swiftly mobilised to support onshore and offshore projects.

We have particular experience supporting power/plant outages, undertaking pipework and other fabrication such as platforms, stairways, railings and guards. Find out more about our outage services here.

3D Design

Let us look after your design work with our team of highly-knowledgeable in-house design engineers.

With decades of experience between them they use SolidWorks 3D CAD design to engineer solutions for you prior to fabrication. This thorough 3D design-approach is particularly suitable for bespoke, complex designs.
