Situated on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, just 1 mile from Great Yarmouth harbour, we can quickly mobilise skilled personnel to EastPort, Port of Lowestoft, Port of Felixstowe, Harwich International Port and Kings Lynn Port.

Whilst our original roots were based on servicing supply vessels for the burgeoning oil and gas industry off the Norfolk coast in the 1980s, as the nature of vessels operating in the North Sea has evolved, so have we.

In addition to vessel repairs and modifications, pipefitting, and sea fastening, we also co-ordinate specialist services such as refrigeration engineers, hydraulics specialists and chemists whilst our local supply networks enable us to quickly source and supply specialist parts such as valves, gauges and replacement pump parts.

OUR SERVICES

Vessel repairs & modifications

We fabricate like-for-like replacement structures for vessel repairs such as water-tight hatches, railings, stairways, brackets, guards, vents/flaps, padeyes, and securing points, as well as general steel repairs required on commercial marine vessels.

Pipework

Commonly working on 0.5” to 8” pipe, we repair all marine pipework including seawater, freshwater, fuel and greywater. We are competent with carbon steel, cunifer, stainless steel and aluminium. We have extensive stock of schedule and diameter pipe.

Sea fastenings

We fabricate and install seafastenings to secure cargo and heavy equipment to decks. We weld steel brackets and frames directly to the deck as well as fabricate custom steel grillages to spread heavy loads. Project management and co-ordination.
