NITROGEN PUMPS

We are globally renown for designing and manufacturing high quality nitrogen pumping units which are supplied to suit a wide range of locations and operating environments all around the world.

Built to high standards with ease of ongoing maintenance in mind, our units typically range from 60-540K, with pressures up to 15,000 psi and at discharge temperatures of 21°C.

Custom open skid, acoustic, split skid and trailer mounted configurations can be designed, built and serviced to exactly meet our customers’ requirements.

With 30 years’ experience in the field of nitrogen pumps, our multi-disciplined design and build capacity offers design flexibility to meet customer exact requirements and unrivalled customer support.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS (HPU)

Prior Power Solutions manufactures hydraulic power packs to high standards providing efficient operation and easy maintenance.

Our units can be built to meet all recognised regulations in the field such as NORSOK, ATEX and to meet CE compliance.

Due to weight restrictions in some applications, there can be a need to replace the single skid where all the components are housed within one frame with a split skid type where the prime mover is on one skid and the hydraulic components on another.

Prior Power Solutions specialises in custom builds and can design and build to a customers’ exact specification, providing a solution to any scenario.

FLUID PUMPS 

Prior Power Solutions’ fluid pumps are self-contained units capable of pumping various fluids at different pressures and flow volumes and are used extensively in the petrochemical and offshore oil and gas sectors.

Designed and manufactured to meet customers’ exact flow, pressure and fluid specifications, our pumps can be designed to integrate fully with customers’ existing systems.

Build to high standards with ease of ongoing maintenance in mind, we specialise in ATEX Zone 2 fluid pumps for hazardous areas, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

Packaged as portable units; open, enclosed, soundproof, trailer-mounted or split skid, our fluid pumps can be diesel or electric-driven.

COILED TUBING

Our integrated approach of supplying elements of the coiled tubing unit including the control cabin, power pack, high pressure pump unit and power hose reel ensures our customers are assured of a product that meets their specific requirements for optimal operation.

For offshore operations, the ‘footprint’ for a coiled tubing operation is generally larger than a wireline spread, which can limit the number of installations where coiled tubing can be performed. However, our design which allows double-stacking provides a smaller footprint. Prior Power Solutions has designed and manufactured coiled tubing units with operational ranges of -40oC to 50oC.

Similar in function to wireline operations, coiled tubing units can pump chemicals through the coil into the oil or gas well to support extraction.

GENERATOR SETS

Prior Power Solutions provides a wide range of generators and generator sets for all applications including industrial, offshore, marine, plant, and construction.

Our bespoke generator packages combine any application with prime mover. Popular combinations include genset and transformer packages and genset and compressor packages which can be housed in any specification container.

The generator set packages we supply for offshore applications builds on our four decades of offshore hazardous area equipment manufacture and are designed specifically to stand up to harsh marine environments and allow permanent interface with the platform or installation.

Working with our affiliated partners, we supply high quality, fuel-efficient marine leisure and marine commercial gensets and working with a wide range of generator manufacturers we supply industrial generators for back up, emergency and remote power needs.

DIESEL DRIVEN ZONE II POWERPACKS

As designer and packager of diesel-driven Zone 2 powerpacks, Prior Power Solutions offers units ranging from 85bhp to 2000bhp using engines from the various manufacturers we represent.

Powerpacks are designed to work in Zone 2 hazardous areas, category 3G (Zone 2), gas group IIA or IIB and T3 (200oC) temperature class certifications.

Prior Power Solutions built Zone II powerpacks are suitable for a range of equipment including wireline, hydraulic powerpacks, nitrogen units, coil tubing, high pressure water jetting and generator sets.

Engines manufactured for operation in Zone 2 require significant modification and additional components including water cooled turbo and exhaust system, temperature sensors, air inlet shutdown valves, flame arresters and spark arrester on the exhaust system. This prevents any internal explosions from propagating to the external atmosphere.
