Horizons widen in the Middle East
Prior Power Solutions has just returned from the Middle East Energy Exhibition in Dubai.
Having last participated in the event in 2020 on the cusp of the Covid-19 pandemic it was a significant occasion to attend the show again.
Representing the company at the show, Parts & Engine Sales Manager Stuart Holland says, “It was encouraging to see the show so busy and business flourishing again.”
The most comprehensive energy sector event in the Middle East, the show attracted exhibitors and delegates from all over the world including France, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, China, the US and the UK. The diverse audience of professionals had an interest in Critical & Backup Power, Renewable & Clean Energy and Transmission and Distribution.
Specialists for a range of gensets for off-grid and emergency power applications, Prior Power Solutions represents many of the main engine manufacturers, providing efficient and dependable power solutions.
Targeting the telecoms, industrial, construction and marine markets, the company had a great response to its offering.
“There was lots of interest in what we offer, particularly from businesses in the power gen and telecoms markets from the Middle East and South Asian regions,” Stuart continues.
“We have several promising enquiries from attending Middle East Energy – including from new customers.
In fact, overall, we had a record number of enquiries which is really encouraging.
“Being face-to-face and understanding our customer needs is paramount to building business relationships” concludes Stuart.
Reliable continuous power is more important than ever for many settings including hospitals, data centres, energy production and construction. As the cost of diesel rises unpredictably, and the impact on climate change ever apparent, technology for addressing both issues are very attractive to operators.
The company is now planning its next exhibition at LAMMA at the NEC, Birmingham in May.
