To ensuring the highest quality of services is provided to our customers, Prior Power Solutions has recently invested in a brand new, bespoke, rotary parts washer from Technowash Ltd.

Running at 8 bar pressure, 500 litres/minute, the washer will be used for cleaning engine blocks and other components as part of our engine remanufacturing services. The washer can handle components up to 1,000kg and 1550mm in diameter; de-greasing and de-carbonising engine parts whilst adding an inhibitor to prevent rusting.

As well as ensuring this process takes place at the highest level of safety, it also provides filtered washes to remove particulates – down to 500 micron filtration, providing OEM levels of cleanliness.

Service Manager Daniel Platten says, “We believe this is one of the largest rotary washers in the area and it will further improve the quality of our rebuild process as well as providing a safe method of cleaning.

This equipment represents a significant investment for Prior Power Solutions and will provide first class cleaning of engine components as part of our engine remanufacturing services.”
